I'm an accidental sausage expert. I started www.sausagefans.co.uk about 19 years ago. Initially the website was a joke but it soon picked up a great following of sausage lovers! The UK has an amazing number of sausages and I'm on a mission to try as many of them as possible! Do please let me know your recommendations!
