Hi and welcome to my YouTube channel! I am a yoga teacher turned embodiment facilitator as I have become more and more intimate with the teachings of non dual Shakta-Shaiva Tantra. I hope for my classes here and on my website to help you become more embodied and for the yoga to serve as a facet of your path to awakening. So often yoga is taught with a focus on alignment for aesthetics or physical fitness and you won't find that here, though you will find some challenging sequences. I intend for my classes always to be meditative, whether they are vigorous or gentle, and to spark inquiry and curiosity about the nature of your experience and the nature of reality. My teaching style is informed by my study of Embodied Flow and Authentic Flow, as well as Prana Vinyasa Flow.
